Applicants should write and submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) that defines your objectives prior to application.

The Letter of Intent will be reviewed to determine if the grant request has the potential to strengthen our community, enrich the lives of the people of our community, and advances one or more of the Grant Making Objectives outlined above.

The Foundation will provide an immediate response as to the potential for the project to be funded.
