Home Grant Application Process
Grant Application Process

Grant application is a 2 step process, beginning with the submission of your initial Letter of Intent (LOI).  A Grant Application should only be completed and submitted AFTER you have received the Foundation's response to your intitial Letter of Intent.

To assure that your grant request has the best opportunity for funding, please submit a LOI and Grant Application that is complete, compelling, and organized in a clear and concise manner.

STEP 1: Letter of Intent (LOI):

Applicants should write and submit a Letter of Intent that defines your objectives prior to application. The LOI will be reviewed to determine if the grant request has the potential to strengthen our community, enrich the lives of the people of our community, and advances one or more of the Grant Making Objectives outlined above. The Foundation will provide an immediate response as to the potential for the project to be funded.

STEP 2: Application:

Applicants who receive a positive response from their initial Letter of Intent will receive a Grant Application with their response. Please submit your original LOI and the Foundation response with your completed application.

Grant applications may be submitted at any time. Applications will be reviewed quarterly by the Foundation. Some proposals may be recommended for more immediate action. Applicants who present a clear, concise and compelling case for immediate funding may be eligible for such consideration.
