The Scranton Area Foundation funds are categorized as either Restricted Funds or Unrestricted Funds. Unrestricted Funds are essential for ensuring the Foundation's ability to meet the community's present and future needs. The Foundation's unrestricted "General Endowment" Fund consists of donations of all sizes on which the donors place NO RESTRICTIONS.
