Topic: Financial Reporting for Nonprofit Organizations will provide a thorough review of external financial reporting requirements of nonprofit organizations, including audited financial statements and IRS Form 990. It will clarify the roles of Executives and the Board with respect to external financial reports and fiduciary responsibility.

About Mark Froehlich: Mark brings experience in accounting and financial reporting for both private and public foundations. Prior to his current position, he served as Accounting Manager at the William Penn Foundation, and as an Accountant at Larson Allen.
