The Scranton Area Community Foundation is seeking applications from nonprofit professionals with extensive experience to act as an Executive in Residence for our Center for Community Leadership and Nonprofit Excellence. We are seeking individuals with diverse specialties and skills who are willing to work on a part-time, contractual basis with nonprofit organizations in our region who are seeking to build their capacity in specific areas.
We are open to selecting more than one candidate based on the skills and/or specialties of applicants.
Through the Executive in Residence Program, our Center for Community Leadership and Nonprofit Excellence will pair nonprofit organizations with specific technical assistance needs with a seasoned nonprofit professional. These contracted professionals will be able to provide the organization with hands-on, one-on-one support. The scope and amount of support provided by an Executive in Residence will be determined by the Scranton Area Community Foundation at the time of the request and will be based on the needs of the nonprofit organization.
