We’re hosting two Community Needs Open Forums next week in order to continue to be able to effectively respond to the challenges and needs facing our organizational partners and nonprofits across our region. We’d love for you to join us.
The Scranton Area Community Foundation and NEPA Health Care Foundation are hosting a Health and Wellness Focused Community Needs Open Forum on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 from 8:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel in Scranton where healthcare nonprofit organizations in Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Wyoming Counties will each be presenting a ten-minute oral presentation on their mission, current needs, and challenges surrounding health care and wellness.
The Scranton Area Community Foundation will host another Community Needs Open Forum on Wednesday, June 20th, 2018 from 8:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel in Scranton where nonprofit organizations from Lackawanna County will have the opportunity to each deliver their ten-minute oral presentations on their mission, current needs, and challenges.
These community needs open forums are open to the public.
Following the open forum, the Scranton Area Community Foundation will compile and publish a report to be shared with community leaders and the public at large.
